[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][bg=5bafcb] JUST GONNA STOP AND WATCH IT BURN, BUT THAT'S ALRIGHT BECAUSE I LOVE THE WAY IT HURTS POKEBALL IN HAND, a young male teen with sunshine yellow hair stepped off the battlefield. He glanced down at his electric pokemon and smiled. "You were great, Navi," he murmured, reaching down far enough to pet the Luxray on the forehead. His pokemon cooed it's name in enjoyment and leaned into his leg, showing affection towards it's young trainer.
The teenager tossed his pokeball into the air and caught it. The pokeball had belonged to Navi since it was a Shinx, and the paint was well warn around the edges from the amount of time it spent in the blonde teen's backpack. But, of course, it was all in good fun, and there was no way in hell Navi's pokeball would be traded in until it was too broken to use. Though Navi was hard for the young trainer to control, even as a Shinx, there was no way he would give up. Navi's moves and form were beyond perfect, and his attacks were extraordinarily powerful... sadly, the lion-like pokemon refused to abide by his trainer's order during battle. Thus why the blonde teen had brought the mammalian pokemon down to the basement for training in the first place.
But after two hours, both trainer and pokemon were too tired to continue. Not to mention, completely famished. He led his pokemon over to the Poke Cafe with a gentle hand running down the Luxray's spine.
As the chatter of the people inside the cafe became louder and more pronounced, a small silver head poked out of the blonde teen's backpack. The pokemon to which the body belonged climbed out of the bag and onto it's trainers shoulder, sniffing the air for the pokemon food he knew was around somewhere.
"Alaska," the teen giggled as the paws of the Eevee ran across his shoulder, the tail tickling the back of his neck, "What are you doing up there?" he asked, somewhat surprised when the small fox-like pokemon climbed onto his head to get a better view of it's surroundings. The small silver pokemon then jumped gracefully down, onto Navi's back with a soft thud. Surprised, Navi let out a loud hiss and turned to face what it thought was an attacker.
"Luuxray, lux!" it shouted violently, throwing the smaller pokemon off it's back with one fluid movement. Alaska crashed to the ground and let out a small moan before re-joining his trainer who had wandered over to the Poke Cafe's counter, oblivious to his fighting pokemon.
Navi came after Alaska, closing the space between them with two large bounds. He stared at the smaller pokemon with fierce red and yellow eyes. Alaska, thinking it was all a game, fired a weak shadow ball at the other pokemon.
Navi would have none of it. And before his trainer knew what he was doing, the large electric type let out one hell of a discharge attack. Of course, it just had to be an attack that would hit everyone and everything around it.
Alaska dove down into his trainer's backpack before the blast shocked everything around him, even his own trainer.
Oliver turned towards his pokemon, a look of sheer anger on his face. "Navi! What the hell are you thinking?" he snapped, looking around to find the closest table to the pokemon turned over and slightly burned. "You're being an embarrassment, return," he held the pokeball out and opened it so that his pokemon could retreat inside and quit being a nuisance to the entire group of people in the cafe. The teen grabbed his food and a small platter of poke-food for Alaska, and headed over to the back corner, attempting to ignore the eyes that were bound to be staring at him.
He sat down away from public attention and buried his face in his hands. Alaska crawled out of his backpack for a second time that day and nibbled at the poke-food, somewhat ashamed of his behavior.
"Well," Oliver took a french fry from the pile on his plate and stuck it in his mouth like a cigar, "that was embarrassing," he sighed.
"I just hope nobody I know is here," he mumbled, petting Alaska's tail softly while stuffing his face with another fry.

Aiden Heartley was not one of many emotions and even in front of his pokemon he was the same. Aurora, his most trusted companion, was training against Manny, his Mamoswine. They had started almost an hour ago, but neither master or his pokemon were ready for quitting.
"Aurora, Take down"
The words that left his lips were smooth and precise, an order nonetheless- an order which his pokemon was happy to oblige to. She bolted toward Mamoswine, her fur a blur to him, and his the pokemon at full force, though it wasn't enough but to send him back a few inches. Aurora quickly jumped back, waiting for her trainer's next command. It came quick from Aiden's mouth.
"Last Resort, Aurora"
The pokemon gave a smirk, similar to her masters and began to execute the move. Manny never saw it coming and fell over after the move made a critical hit. Aiden gave a soft sigh, picking up his bag and slinging it over his shoulder, walking over and patting the giant Mamoswine.
"You did good buddy... let's go get some chow"
At the mention of food the Mamoswine was up instantly and Aurora casually rested herself on his head. Aiden couldn't help but let the corners of his lips go up in a small smile for a minute before the three took off. Aurora was casually laying down on Manny's head, grooming herself as they arrived at their destination, the cafe. The doorbell gave that annoying jingle as it opened and the three entered, the pokemon coming after their owner. Aiden waited in line for a few minutes, though those few minutes were enough for Aurora to slink off of Manny after spotting Alaska.
Aiden ordered their meal, making sure to get extra pokemon food for Manny and Aurora after their excellent training session. When he turned around he noticed Aurora wasn't on her usual spot on Manny's head and he wrinkled his brow. Where had the Eevee gone? It didn't take long for him to find out when he spotted familiar tuffs of blonde hair. A smirk plastered itself on his face as he made his way over to the table, taking a seat across from the blonde.
"Hey, Ollie"
His voice was still the same as it had been at the training session as he pushed the bowl of pokemon food over to Manny and Aurora, both of whom began eating appreciatively. Black eyes met blue as Aiden slowly picked the roll up off his plate, tearing pieces off with delicate fingers and slowly pushing them past wet pink lips.
'I knew today was going to be interesting' [/td][/tr][/table] [/center]

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][bg=5bafcb] JUST GONNA STOP AND WATCH IT BURN, BUT THAT'S ALRIGHT BECAUSE I LOVE THE WAY IT HURTS OLIVER MUNCHED ON his french fries watching Alaska out of the corner of his eyes. He knew it was mean to force Navi into his pokeball right before food arrived, but it seemed as if Navi would just have to eat later. The damn Luxray just wouldn't listen to what he said, and always had to turn everything into a battle. Why couldn't he have captured a Shinx that wasn't so bent on embarrassing him in public?
Oliver's silver Eevee thumped his tail happily on the table, eating his poke-food quickly, making the best of every bite. But it wasn't long before he paused to look up, sniffing the air with a slight twitch. There was a smell... he knew that smell... and soon enough, standing right before the small fox-like pokemon was an identical female version. Oliver's eyes snapped up when he saw the other silver Eevee... one that could only belong to one person.
His eyes searched the area for the dark-haired boy to which this other Eevee belonged. Oliver watched with anxious eyes as the other boy came closer to him, obviously having spotted the blonde teen after noticing his Eevee had run off. Oliver averted his eyes as the other boy slipped into the seat across from his. The blonde teen turned to his pokemon and stroked it gently along it's back as it made conversation with it's Eevee companion.
"Hey, Ollie" the other boy said, looking straight into Oliver's eyes.
"Hi, Aiden," he said, he lifted his head off the table and gave the other boy his trademark grin. "Looks like Alaska and Aurora are getting along as usual," |
[/color] he noted, watching as his own Eevee wrapped it's tail around the female's. He sighed, how cute. Oliver brushed a speck of dirt off of his small pokemon's fur and was immediately reminded of the earlier incident involving his Luxray. Oliver subconsciously reached down and grabbed Navi's pokeball, making sure the ignorant electric type was safe in it's pokeball, though he'd clearly made a point to return it earlier. "You didn't, by any chance, manage to see what happened between Navi and Alaska a few minutes ago, did you?"[/color] Oliver groaned, hoping the answer Aiden would give was a straightforward 'no'.
